Role
As an Agent Product Manager at Amigo, you'll lead the design and requirements definition for AI agents deployed in enterprise environments. Working within our Field Operations team, you'll collaborate with domain experts to map problem spaces, define service boundaries, and establish success metrics for agent implementation. You'll serve as the critical bridge between customer business objectives and our technical implementation team, ensuring agents deliver measurable value in high-stakes domains. This role is essential for our strategy of enabling teams of non-technical domain experts to collaborate effectively on agent development, translating their expertise into powerful AI capabilities that solve real business challenges.
Responsibilities
Partner with enterprise domain experts to map problem spaces and define the scope of agent implementations
Conduct structured expert interviews to capture reasoning patterns, service delivery mechanisms, and critical decision points
Facilitate onboarding workshops to define specific service experiences to be implemented
Design context density planning and red-lining boundaries for agent implementations
Translate domain expertise into clear requirements for Agent Engineers
Develop comprehensive roadmaps for customer implementations that align with business objectives
Define success metrics that quantify performance against customer goals
Analyze user feedback and agent performance data to identify improvement opportunities
Create and maintain documentation for agent capabilities, limitations, and usage guidelines
Build deep understanding of customer domains to ensure agents appropriately reflect expert knowledge
Collaborate across the Field Operations team to ensure seamless handoffs between requirements and implementation
Contribute to our agent creation playbook for systematizing requirements gathering and definition
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in enterprise software, AI, or specialized domains
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex domain knowledge into structured requirements
Experience working directly with domain experts to capture and formalize specialized knowledge
Background in facilitating workshops and conducting expert interviews
Understanding of AI capabilities and limitations, particularly in enterprise contexts
Experience developing product roadmaps aligned with business objectives
Excellent communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
Experience with metrics definition and performance analysis
Understanding of enterprise workflows and integration requirements
Passion for building trustworthy AI that organizations can genuinely depend on
