Role
As our Founding Account Executive, you'll build the enterprise go-to-market motion that turns our narrow 6-month window into definitive market leadership. Working directly with our CEO and founding team, you'll establish our healthcare vertical playbook, leverage our Trust Center Framework (agi.work), and develop strategic partnerships that accelerate adoption. You'll translate our technical advantage in agent architecture into business value that resonates with enterprise decision-makers. This role is critical for our 0-3 month foundation phase as we deliver exceptional results for initial customers and scale to millions of conversations per month before the end of the year.
Responsibilities
Build and execute our healthcare vertical go-to-market playbook from the ground up
Develop and close strategic partnerships with key healthcare institutions and cloud providers
Leverage our Trust Center Framework to establish objective validation that differentiates us from competitors
Create a repeatable GTM engine that scales from initial customers to enterprise-wide deployments
Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles with sophisticated legal and compliance requirements
Position our technical advantages (context graphs, iterative training) as tangible business value
Drive our three-tier content strategy across different stakeholder audiences (research, technical, general)
Build relationships with both technical evaluators and C-suite decision-makers
Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Agent Engineers, and Agent PMs to ensure seamless customer implementation
Establish metrics-driven sales operations that provide visibility into pipeline and forecasting
Work with the CEO to calibrate pricing strategies that reflect our value while managing cloud spend at scale
Represent Amigo at industry events to establish our position as the definitive agent architecture leader
Qualifications
5+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record closing 6-figure+ deals in healthcare or related industries
Experience selling enterprise SaaS, preferably in AI, ML, or healthcare technology
Background building go-to-market strategies from the ground up in early-stage environments
Strong understanding of enterprise purchasing cycles, particularly in regulated industries
Ability to translate complex technical innovations into clear business value propositions
Experience establishing strategic partnerships with major institutions or platform providers
Track record scaling from initial customers to high-volume enterprise deployments
Strong metrics orientation with systematic approach to pipeline and forecasting
Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and business stakeholders
Self-motivated with ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Passion for building trustworthy AI that can transform healthcare delivery
