Role
As our Founding Account Executive, you'll be helping build and shape the DNA of our sales organization. You will be working directly with our CEO and core founding team to establish our go-to-market strategy and close enterprise deals. You'll be instrumental in shaping how we position and sell our AI agent platform to enterprises across critical sectors. This is a rare opportunity to join a well-funded startup at the ground floor and build a revenue engine from scratch.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a sales strategy to close large enterprise deals in our target markets
Work closely with the CEO to refine our value proposition and sales messaging
Build relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise organizations
Create repeatable sales processes that can scale as our team grows
Navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Contribute to product roadmap discussions with insights from customer feedback
Represent Amigo at industry events and conferences
Qualifications
You have 5-7 years of enterprise sales experience, with a track record of closing 6-figure+ deals
You're passionate about cutting-edge AI technology and can articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
You thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building processes from the ground up
You're self-motivated and comfortable being the first sales hire in a startup environment
You have experience selling enterprise SaaS, preferably in AI, ML, or related technologies
You're a strong communicator who can build trust with both technical buyers and C-suite executives
You're metrics-driven and take a systematic approach to pipeline management
