Role
As a Staff Solutions Architect at Amigo, you'll lead the technical implementation of our agent platform within enterprise environments. Working as part of our Field Operations team, you'll design end-to-end technical solutions that integrate our context graph architecture with complex enterprise systems. You'll be responsible for defining our repeatable implementation methodology, establishing integration patterns that enable 10x-100x scaling, and ensuring enterprise-grade reliability. This role is critical for technical power users and strategic partnerships, building trust frameworks and implementation playbooks that demonstrate our agents' reliability in high-stakes domains. As we expand our enterprise customer base, you'll be at the forefront of solving complex integration challenges while maintaining perfect security and compliance.
Responsibilities
Architect end-to-end solutions leveraging our context graph architecture, functional memory systems, and continuous alignment methodologies
Define and implement integration patterns between Amigo's platform and enterprise systems (EMRs, CRMs, knowledge bases, etc.)
Design secure authentication, data flow, and system connectivity models for production deployments
Create implementation playbooks that standardize and accelerate enterprise deployments
Build technical components of our Trust Center Framework for public validation of agent performance
Support technical power users through git-based workflows and advanced customization
Design multi-region, multi-workspace deployments that meet enterprise scalability requirements
Implement technical monitoring, observability, and alert systems for production agents
Develop seamless human escalation capabilities and handoff implementations
Collaborate with strategic partners (healthcare institutions, cloud providers) on joint technical implementations
Work closely with Agent Engineers to ensure integration requirements are met
Contribute to technical aspects of enterprise go-to-market strategy
Qualifications
6+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or enterprise integration roles
Strong expertise in designing secure, scalable integration patterns for enterprise systems
Experience implementing AI or data-intensive systems in enterprise environments
Background working with regulated industries (healthcare, finance, etc.) and their technical requirements
Proficiency in API design, authentication systems, and enterprise security patterns
Understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and multi-region deployments
Ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and business stakeholders
Experience building technical frameworks that scale across multiple enterprise customers
Strong documentation skills for creating implementation playbooks and technical guides
Excellent communication and presentation abilities for engaging with senior technical stakeholders
Background in defining technical aspects of strategic partnerships
Passion for building trustworthy AI that can be deployed in high-stakes domains
