Job Duties:

• Work as a high-visibility strategic partner that supports effective decision-making, project management for the executive team, and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Provide organizational and communication framework for leadership team members and key external partners to implement the company vision.
• Propose and test hypotheses and challenge assumptions using strong analytical skills and the ability to manipulate complex data. Involved with long-term planning and projects to support the growth and success of the organization.
• Build and lead the daily operations of the Office of the CEO. Run cadence and agendas for executive leadership meetings, and executive teams offsite, including structuring and helping deliver related company-wide communication.
• Lead cross-functional executive office strategic initiatives, ensuring that action items are executed on behalf of the CEO. Ensure the perspectives and input from leaders across institutes, operations (People and Communications teams), legal, and finance functions are systematically gathered as part of key decision-making and strategic processes pertaining to the CEO office.
• Assess and triage all business-critical inquiries directed to the CEO and determine priority and proper course of action.
• Verify that all materials shared on behalf of the CEO, including internal and external presentations, are accurate and optimally positioned.
• Promote executive team integration, as well as cross-functional communication and collaboration.
• Build processes to track and develop key leader, investor, and external relationships.
• Serve as a thought partner and strategic advisor for the executive team, standing in on meetings, challenging ideas, and offering a different perspective. Follow up on action items with the team accordingly and with clarity.
• Provide analyses, recommendations, and options regarding high impact decisions. Support activities that promote a positive internal and external Altos brand and reputation.
• A key responsibility of this role will be to secure external partnerships and critical business proposals.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with senior leaders at partner companies to ensure that all parties are satisfied with the progress and outcome of partnerships. In close and ongoing partnership with the Vice President of People Operations, manage the CEO’s internal engagement to ensure connectivity and visibility across the organization.
• Lead preparations on behalf of the CEO including planning agendas, writing, coordinating and drafting presentations, and ensuring efficient meeting management to support the company strategy and ambition.

• Telecommuting permitted. Occasional domestic travel required.

Who You Are

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or foreign degree equivalent in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field followed by 5 years of progressive related experience.
• Employer will accept 7 years of industry experience in lieu of BS+5.

Salary Range: $267,750 - $362,250/year
