About the role

We're looking for an extremely talented growth leader to own our strategy and execution around paid advertising.

Reporting to our CEO, you'll plan, execute and manage all performance marketing initiatives at Blaze, including our paid ads and programmatic advertising. You'll build campaigns to accelerate our growth and scale marketing channels in alignment with our broader goals.

Success in this role will require deep expertise in performance marketing, a drive for continuous improvement, and desire to drive real value to Blaze's customers and users. You'll be a part of a fast-charging team, working cross-functionally to collaborate on every area of demand generation. There will be daily opportunities to experiment and see immediate impact from your work.

Initially, this role is designed for individual contribution, focusing on leveraging your expertise to drive impactful results. With strong business growth, the role could evolve quickly into a leadership position with direct reports.

Specifically, you will:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive paid advertising strategy that encompasses display and search ads across Instagram, Facebook, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging channels.

• Collaborate closely with our marketing and brand team to produce compelling creative content aligned with our broader positioning and messaging.

• Bring knowledge of sophisticated machine learning, creative tactics, and AI/automation capabilities to drive experiments that enhance campaign efficacy.

• Work with our analytics team to refine our approach to attribution, incrementality, and performance measurement.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor nuanced landing page and product experiences to maximize conversion rates and our buying power.
