How you'll make a difference:

Allego is seeking an action-oriented Help Desk Technician, IT Services who will provide exceptional frontline support to Allego end users. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, helping to ensure our distributed teams have the technology they need to succeed without interruption. You will contribute to maintaining a smooth and efficient IT environment as the company continues its rapid growth.

Reporting to the Director of IT and Security Operations, you will play a vital role in resolving daily technical challenges, assisting with user onboarding, and contributing to a positive user experience across the organization.

  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines to complete support tickets.

Experience desired:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or relevant technical certifications (CompTIA A+) a plus.
  • 0-1 years of experience in an IT support or customer service role, or relevant coursework/personal projects demonstrating technical aptitude.
  • Basic understanding of end-user laptop, hardware, software, printing, and internet support, including troubleshooting and instructional "how-to."
  • Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Basic understanding of common cloud services like Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Basic experience with iOS and Android mobile operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Identity Provider (IDP) concepts.
  • Basic understanding of Wi-Fi and networking fundamentals.
  • Highly organized, communicative, and excellence in work as a point of pride.
