Job Description:

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Director of Demand Generation to lead our demand generation efforts and drive growth. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing innovative campaigns that engage potential customers, convert leads, and ultimately drive revenue for Allego. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and achieve company objectives.

Responsibilities: How you’ll make a difference in this role:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy to maximize lead generation and conversion.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, and events.
  • Leverage data and analytics to monitor campaign performance, draw insights, and implement improvements for enhanced lead quality and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences and supports nurturing efforts.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align efforts and ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up processes.
  • Manage the demand generation budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across various channels.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Lead and mentor a team of demand generation professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
