This role also involves developing revenue strategies, managing sales operations, overseeing marketing operations, optimizing customer success, and utilizing data analytics for informed decision-making.The Senior Director will act as a strategic advisor to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Sales Leadership team, ensuring integration with other functions such as Account Management, CI and Marketing to improve sales performance and outcomes.
