- Build and scale campaigns in Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, UAC, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor key performance metrics, including traffic, conversions, CAC/CPA, ROAS, and conversion volume.
- Generate and test hypotheses through A/B experiments across ads, creatives, keywords, targeting, campaign structures, and app store listings.
- Analyze campaign performance, traffic quality, conversion trends, and user behavior to identify areas for growth and optimization.
- Perform ASO activities, including app store listing updates, metadata optimization, ranking analysis, and A/B testing in App Store and Google Play.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Brand Managers, General Managers, Product, Content, and Development teams.
- Communicate with external partners such as Google, Apple, and Microsoft to improve campaign performance and explore growth opportunities.
- Build clear reporting and share actionable insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
What we expect from you:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
- 1+ year of experience with Apple Search Ads.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Ads / Bing Ads.
- Strong understanding of mobile acquisition, app performance marketing, and paid traffic optimization.
- Experience working with mobile analytics systems such as AppsFlyer, Firebase, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of measurement, attribution, conversion tracking, acquisition funnels, and performance metrics.
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets of $100K+.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience running A/B tests and interpreting results in the context of business goals.
- Ability to communicate campaign insights, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- English level B2+ for collaboration, meetings, and reporting.
- Ownership mindset, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Nice to have:
- Experience in SaaS, subscription products, or app performance marketing.
- Experience with ASO and app store optimization.
- Experience working closely with Product, Brand, or General Management teams.
- Experience building or scaling a new paid acquisition channel.
