About the Team
Our Security & Compliance Program ensures that airSlate meets its security and regulatory obligations across the company.
Our work includes preparing for SOC 2 and HIPAA audits, maintaining internal security policies and documentation, supporting the compliance management platform and product Trust Centers, managing our Information Security Risk Register, completing security questionnaires for customers and prospects, and conducting vendor security assessments.
We collaborate closely with Engineering, IT, Legal, and Customer-facing teams to support a strong and scalable security posture as the company grows.
We are now looking for a Security & Compliance Specialist to join this team and support the ongoing development of our global compliance practices.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and prioritization skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrate high attention to detail, and show a high level of adaptability and flexibility in their work style.
What you’ll be working on:
- Support the Security Program Manager in maintaining and improving the Security & Compliance Program.
- Assist with SOC 2 and HIPAA audit preparation, including evidence collection and internal control testing.
- Update and maintain program documentation (policies, standards, guidelines, processes).
- Complete security questionnaires for customers and prospects in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Maintain and support our security compliance platform (data entry, reporting, configuration alignment).
- Conduct vendor security due diligence and coordinate follow-up where necessary.
- Contribute to internal education and awareness around security best practices.
What we expect from you:
- 2+ years in security compliance, audit preparation, or related experience.
- Fluent command of English.
Would be a plus:
- Experience with specific compliance frameworks or standards like SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, or other.
- Experience working with GRC (governance, risk, and compliance) platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree - related field such as Computer Science or Information Security.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity technologies and tools.
