At airSlate, we’re building value for customers and a culture where growth and innovation go hand in hand. We’re looking for people eager to shape products, scale a company, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.

What you'll do:

  • As a Strategic FP&A Manager, you’ll shape and guide the company’s financial vision, combining data-driven insight with a collaborative mindset. You’ll work across teams to turn analysis into clear, actionable strategies that support sustainable growth.
  • Strategic Planning & Forecasting
  • Own and evolve airSlate’s long-range financial and sales models.
  • Forecast key SaaS metrics such as ARR, revenue, CAC, LTV, and NRR.
  • Lead scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to inform business priorities.
  • Partner with data and analytics teams to uncover insights that shape confident decisions.
  • Performance & Business Insights
  • Analyze financial performance and highlight opportunities for improvement.
  • Share insights that help teams understand the “why” behind trends and outcomes.
  • Identify potential risks early and recommend solutions with clarity and confidence.
  • Executive & Board Reporting
  • Create clear, engaging reports and dashboards for leadership, investors, and the board.
  • Support strategic projects such as fundraising, M&A, and growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Data teams to align plans and performance.
  • Continuously refine FP&A tools, reporting, and processes to improve efficiency and impact.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
  • 5–7+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance, ideally in SaaS or recurring revenue models.
  • Experience in investment banking, management consulting, or transaction services is a plus.
  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect data to business strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills — able to translate complex insights into clear, actionable guidance.
  • Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Snowflake, SQL a plus).
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and adaptable to fast-moving environments.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, Planful).

What's nice to have:

  • Experience in VC- or PE-backed SaaS companies or scale-ups.
  • Familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition.
Even if you don’t meet every single requirement, we encourage you to apply. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and value diverse experiences and perspectives.
