Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end paid media strategy, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, programmatic display, and emerging paid channels.
- Build a profitable portfolio of successful paid acquisition channels that drive predictable, repeatable, and scalable revenue with positive ROI.
- Manage the paid acquisition budget with a deep understanding of the ROI, elasticity, and efficiency by creating visibility at a granular level.
- Develop and execute full-funnel campaign strategies—from awareness to conversion—that align with broader GTM objectives.
- Create and test ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to continuously improve CTRs, conversion rates, and Quality Scores.
- Partner with design and content teams to produce high-performing ad assets optimized for each channel.
- Implement advanced audience segmentation and targeting, including remarketing, lookalike modeling, and intent-based targeting.
- Continuously A/B test bidding strategies, campaign structures, and targeting methods to maximize performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, platform-native dashboards, and BI tools, providing actionable insights.
- Stay ahead of platform changes, privacy regulations, and AI-driven ad automation trends to proactively adjust strategy.
- Collaborate with SEO, CRO, and LLMO teams to ensure cohesive and synergistic acquisition efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, or related field.
- 5+ years of paid media experience with a proven track record of scaling high-budget campaigns for B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on experience managing $2M+ annual paid media budgets across 3+ channels including SEM, with demonstrable ROI improvements.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid media platforms.
- Deep passion for emerging channels and unlocking arbitrage opportunities early to drive above market returns.
- Familiarity with full-funnel demand generation and account-based advertising strategiesStrong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and multi-touch analytics.
- Experience with landing page testing, CRO principles, and dynamic ad creative optimization.
- Deeply passionate about design thinking, and growth hacking.
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with BI tools a plus.
- Strong project management, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on measurable results.
