Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end organic acquisition strategy across SEO, LLMO, and earned media to grow Instapage’s visibility across traditional search engines, AI-driven discovery platforms, and other earned media like review sites, listings, affiliates, and more.
- Unlock new growth strategies with a growth hacking mentality to stay on top of trends, detect channel arbitrage opportunities early, and continually experimenting to discover new revenue opportunities.
- Conduct keyword, topical authority, and entity-based optimization to build a competitive edge in high-value segments.
- Optimize Instapage’s content and technical infrastructure for AI answer engines, focusing on prompt structuring, LLM-friendly data formats, and schema optimization.
- Collaborate with content, product, and development teams to ensure all digital properties meet best-in-class technical SEO standards (Core Web Vitals, site architecture, crawlability).
- Monitor and manage content earned media sites and communities like review sites, partner content, affiliate content, listing sites, forums (Reddit, Quora etc.), interest groups (Discord, Whatsapp, LinkedIn) etc., to ensure accurate representation of the brand, and to nurture them into high quality traffic sources.
- Implement data-driven experiments to improve organic click-through rates, featured snippet capture, and AI citation frequency.
- Build and manage a robust backlink acquisition strategy emphasizing authoritative, industry-relevant sources.
- Leverage AI tools for content generation, optimization, and scaling, while ensuring brand consistency and factual accuracy.
- Track and analyze performance across all organic channels, producing actionable insights for ongoing growth.
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates, both in traditional search and emerging AI retrieval systems, to continuously adapt strategies.
- Partner with product marketing, growth, and demand gen teams to integrate organic strategies into broader GTM initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, computer science, or related field.
- 5+ years of organic experience across multiple channels including SEO with a track record of driving measurable traffic and revenue growth for a B2B SaaS product.
- Proven experience building organic acquisition programs that generated $2M+ in attributed annual revenue.
- Hands-on experience with technical SEO, content optimization, and backlink acquisition strategies.
- Familiarity with LLMO concepts—including prompt engineering, structured data for AI retrieval, vector search, and RAG (retrieval-augmented generation).
- Passion for SEO, up-to-date knowledge of the Google core updates and their impact, and a deep understanding of the E-E-A-T framework, entity-based SEO, and semantic search optimization.
- Experience with SEO and AI analytics tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, AI-focused monitoring platforms).
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a data-first mindset.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
