You will work closely with sales, product marketing, and the central marketing team to create coordinated, multi-channel initiatives that engage prospects and customers throughout the lifecycle. From targeted outbound nurtures to product launch activations, you’ll ensure every campaign is strategically aligned, flawlessly executed, and measurable in impact.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Sales Campaigns
  • Own the creation and execution of email nurture programs in Outreach and/or email marketing platforms to support outbound sales efforts.
Develop campaigns for stalled pipeline outreach, churned customer win-backs, unconverted lead re-engagement, and seasonal promotions.
Partner with sales leadership to identify high-priority segments and tailor messaging for maximum relevance and response.
  • Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns
  • Plan and run integrated campaigns across email, paid media, social, webinars, and other channels to support product launches, new customer acquisition, and customer reactivation.
Collaborate with product marketing to develop compelling campaign narratives, offers, and creative assets.
Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and budget allocations to ensure on-time, high-quality execution.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Serve as the campaign project owner, aligning efforts across sales, product marketing, design, content, and the central marketing team.
Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and audience targeting across all campaign touchpoints.
Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
Recommend data-driven adjustments to improve campaign efficiency, conversion rates, and ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, campaign management, or demand generation.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-channel marketing campaigns from strategy through execution.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing automation platforms (e.g., Outreach, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot), CRM, and project management tools (like JIRA).
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing alignment, including pipeline acceleration and customer lifecycle campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize for performance.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
