About the Role
We’re seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee the Mobile team for our product, SignNow.
In this position, you’ll manage a team of nine mobile engineers, including two team leads who report directly to you. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners and contribute to both product direction and operational excellence.
This is a hands-on management role combining technical planning, delivery coordination, and team development.

What You’ll Work On — Technical Leadership:
- Participate in architecture discussions and support key technical decisions across iOS and Android.
- Guide the team in breaking down features, planning work, and delivering resilient mobile experiences.
- Collaborate closely with backend, product, design, and QA partners to ensure smooth, aligned delivery.
- Help define and monitor technical indicators (performance, stability, crash rates, release quality).
- Contribute to incident reviews and facilitate long-term improvements.
- Support effective communication and coordination across teams and product areas.
What You’ll Work On — People & Team Development:
- Lead and develop mobile engineers and team leads through mentoring, coaching, and regular feedback.
- Build and onboard new team members while fostering an inclusive and collaborative team culture.
- Conduct 1:1s, support career development, and participate in performance evaluations.
- Coordinate team capacity, planning, and day-to-day operations.
- Strengthen a culture of psychological safety, open communication, and continuous learning.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in mobile engineering (iOS, Android, or both).
- 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager in a product-focused environment.
- Experience supporting or influencing technical architecture and long-term mobile direction.
- Practical expertise with Swift and/or Kotlin, with strong foundations in mobile architecture and platform capabilities.
- Understanding of mobile security, secure storage, authentication flows, and data protection.
- Experience working with Firebase, GCP, and mobile CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional settings.
- A supportive, inclusive leadership approach and the ability to balance technical quality with business goals.
- Experience working with hybrid or distributed teams.
