1. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with both operational and executive stakeholders.
2. You’ll autonomously manage a book of mid‑market customers, guiding them from onboarding through adoption, renewal, and expansion. You operate as a high‑trust “autopilot” partner, proactively driving recurring revenue and reducing churn. 3. 3. Key performance metrics include retention, net recurring revenue (NRR), and expansion ARR
4. Lead implementation of new customers, coordinating with sales, onboarding, and product teams
5. Deliver user training, business reviews, and ongoing health checks
6. Monitor customer health signals (usage stats, NPS, product engagement); proactively address issues
7. Identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities and support expansion strategy
8. Serve as the trusted advisor and primary contact for clients
9. Collect customer feedback and pass insights to product and support teams
10. Maintain accurate account records in CRM or customer success platform
