We’re in an exciting phase of growth and transformation, with teammates in more than 20 countries across three continents and main hubs in the United States, Poland, Romania, Ukraine and Philippines.
At airSlate, we’re building value for customers and a culture where growth and innovation go hand in hand. We’re looking for people eager to shape products, scale a company, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist (US Focus) to join our global People Operations team. Based in the Philippines, you will deliver a best-in-class employee benefits experience for our US-based teams, ensuring employees feel supported, valued, and cared for every day.
Beyond benefits administration, you will support core HR functions such as coordinating US-based independent contractor paperwork, preparing offer letters, and handling other HR administrative tasks as assigned.
At our company, we don’t just "administer" benefits or process HR tasks — we deliver every part of the employee experience with care, clarity, and empathy. From answering benefits questions to preparing offer letters, you will help ensure every HR interaction reflects how much we value our people.
You’ll join a team that believes the employee experience is shaped by every thoughtfully answered question and every process made simpler and more human. If you are excited by the idea of turning complexity into clarity and making a real impact on employees’ daily lives, we would love to meet you.
This role will primarily work aligned with the US Eastern Time Zone to directly support our US-based teams. To recognize the night shift schedule, the role offers a night shift premium as part of the compensation package.

What you'll be working on:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for U.S. employee benefits questions, supporting programs such as health, dental, vision, life, disability, leave of absence, and wellness;
  • Coordinate and process offer letters for new hires in the U.S.;
  • Support the administration of 1099 independent contractor agreements and documentation;
  • Partner with HR, payroll, and external vendors to manage enrollments, changes, and terminations in our HRIS and benefits platforms;
  • Own the accuracy of benefits data. Audit enrollments, invoices, and payroll deductions to ensure error-free processing;
  • Support benefits-related employee communications, FAQs, and guides to promote understanding and engagement;
  • Assist with open enrollment, plan renewals, and annual compliance requirements (e.g., ACA reporting, 5500 filings) by coordinating data and documentation;
  • Monitor employee feedback and identify opportunities to improve processes and the overall benefits experience;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external providers to resolve complex benefits cases with care and speed. Escalate issues when needed;
  • Handle ad-hoc HR administrative tasks and special projects that enhance the employee experience.

What we expect from you:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR benefits administration,specifically supporting U.S. benefits;
  • 4-5 years of experience in HR operations roles;
  • Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written);
  • Able to communicate complex information clearly and empathetically;
  • Strong understanding of HRIS/benefits systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, BambooHR, or similar);
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Able to explain complex benefits topics clearly;
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working across multiple time zones;
  • Demonstrated sense of ownership. Takes initiative to identify and solve problems proactively;
  • Experience in a SaaS or high-growth environment is a plus.
