At airSlate, our journey began in Boston, USA, in 2008. What started as a single product with 3,000 customers has grown into an influential tech company with 900+ team members across six offices worldwide. In 2022, airSlate reached a total valuation of $1.25 billion and became a 'Unicorn 🦄'. But even as we scale, team members remain our most valuable asset. That's why we've built a company that excites people about their work.
We develop products that serve over 100 million users with no-code workflow automation, electronic signature, and document management solutions. The company's portfolio of award-winning products, signNow, pdfFiller, DocHub, WorkFlow, Instapage, and US Legal Forms, empower teams to digitally transform the way their organizations run.
And now we're looking for a strategic and hands-on Global Workplace Experience Manager to shape and manage our growing office infrastructure across multiple locations.
If you're passionate about creating efficient, people-centric workplaces and thrive in a fast-moving, international environment - this role is for you.

What you'll be working on:

  • Lead workplace strategy and manage office infrastructure across locations to ensure a consistent and employee-friendly hybrid work environment.
  • Oversee budgets, resources, and both remote and on-site operations.
  • Negotiate leases and vendor contracts, in collaboration with Finance and local office managers.
  • Partner with IT on access control, conferencing tools, and space planning for hybrid work.
  • Design and implement onboarding and employee engagement programs within the office.
  • Provide guidance to office managers on events, relocations, inventory, and facility operations.
  • Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and labor regulations in coordination with HR and Legal.
  • Own office-related communications and policies (e.g., parking, space use).
  • Monitor and report KPIs: satisfaction, cost efficiency, space utilization, vendor performance.

What we expect from you:

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), Polish and/or Ukrainian is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in workplace management operations or office/facility management.
  • Proven experience managing budgets, leases, and vendor contracts across countries.
  • Track record of creating efficient, people-focused workplaces in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong leadership of distributed teams, with coaching and delegation skills.
  • Comfortable with both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
  • Willingness to travel to our offices across different locations as needed.
