About the role:
As Senior Product Marketing Manager for SignNow, you’ll define how the product is positioned, packaged, and launched—driving acquisition, adoption, engagement, and growth.
You’ll work across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, serving as the voice of the customer and the market while shaping GTM strategy and execution.
We’re looking for a tech-savvy, data-driven marketer who leverages AI tools, analytics, and customer insights to drive outcomes. Our ideal candidate translates data into clear findings and actionable recommendations, analyzes user cohorts through the funnel to identify growth opportunities, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
What you’ll do:
- Positioning & Messaging
- Own and evolve SignNow’s positioning in the eSignature market
- Create audience-specific messaging for PLG & SLG funnels
- Apply messaging across web, ads, sales, onboarding, etc.
- Use AI tools to scale and test messaging
- Go-to-Market Strategy
- Build and execute GTM plans for features and initiatives
- Develop launch playbooks and measure impact
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive awareness, adoption, and expansion
- Market Intelligence
- Research market, competitors, and ICPs
- Capture customer voice via surveys, interviews, AI analysis
- Provide insights to influence roadmap and segmentation
- Enablement
- Create sales assets (battlecards, decks, ROI tools, etc.)
- Support lifecycle campaigns to boost activation and expansion
- Drive advocacy by amplifying customer success stories
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years B2B/B2C product marketing (PLG required, SLG preferred)
- Proven in positioning, messaging, and GTM frameworks
- End-to-end leadership of product and Tier 1 feature launches across self-serve and sales-assisted funnels
- Strong portfolio of GTM/sales enablement assets
- Analytical, data-informed; skilled in ICPs, segments, user journeys
- Hands-on with AI tools for content (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, Writer), segmentation, and optimization
- Strong cross-functional collaboration & communication skills
- Self-starter, impact-driven, customer-obsessed
