We are excited to invite a Salesforce Engineer to join our dynamic Creators Team! This team plays a pivotal role in shaping the core components of our product, including onboarding, workflow diagram configuration, and fine-tuning product functionality. These areas are essential to delivering an exceptional user experience, making the work of this team both impactful and rewarding.
In this role, you will focus exclusively on Salesforce development and administration, with a key emphasis on Apex development. You will be tasked with resolving customer cases related to Salesforce, ensuring our services are reliable, seamless, and optimized. Our ultimate goal is to provide top-tier user satisfaction and elevate the performance of our product to new heights.
What you'll be working on:
- Maintain the existing Salesforce package within the airSlate application
- Develop new features for the Salesforce package
- Assist clients in resolving difficulties within the application, including addressing misconfigurations in flows or processes that use Apex Actions
- Handle client feature requests that can be implemented on the client side
- Assist with SOQL queries, troubleshooting, and finding workarounds when bots encounter difficulties working with Salesforce queries
- Be ready to deal with the front-end aspect of Salesforce application in emergency cases: Aura Components, VF Pages, React.js.
What we expect from you:
- 3+ years of experience with Apex (Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Invocable Apex, Async Apex: Future, Queueable, Batchable, Schedulable)
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce technologies:
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM systems
- Knowledge of integration APIs with CRM systems
- Ability to work with AppExchange
- Understanding of Security Review processes
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX
- English B1-B2 (for attending customer meetings)
- SOQL
- SOSL
- Salesforce Flow and Process Builder
- Custom Metadata Types and Custom Settings
- Profiles and Permission Sets
- Connected Apps
Nice to have:
- Capability to create and maintain GitHub actions specific to Salesforce
- Experience with LWC, Aura Components, VisualForce Pages
