About Office Management team:
We are a passionate and dedicated team of Office Managers on a mission to create a seamless and comfortable working environment for everyone in the company.
Our team ensures that daily office operations run smoothly and efficiently. From managing office supplies and coordinating deliveries to organizing company events and assisting colleagues with their needs, we take care of the details so our teams can focus on their work. With a proactive and problem-solving mindset, we handle everything from simple tasks to larger logistical challenges, ensuring a pleasant and productive workspace.
As part of the Office Management team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining office operations, supporting staff, and enhancing the overall employee experience.

What you'll be working on:

  • Ensure office cleanliness and maintain supplies (snacks, beverages, office equipment).
  • Handle colleague requests (e.g., replacing equipment, managing deliveries).
  • Organize weekly orders and manage invoices.
  • Coordinate events like Friday socials and team gatherings.
  • Assist with onboarding, equipment setup, and contract management.
  • Oversee external services (cleaning, massage, etc.) and company language programs.
  • Manage quarterly contract updates and office maintenance with landlords.

  • Previous experience in office management or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and prioritize effectively.
