airSlate, a leader in the multi-billion dollar document workflow market is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team in our Wroclaw office. You will be a key part of the team with the span to make a big difference on a small team while supporting airSlate's growth and success.
As a member of airSlate’s Global team, you’ll be part of the next chapter of growth as our brand expands and we bring new products to market.
Our stack: AWS, Docker, Terraform, k8s, CI/CD, Prometheus + Grafana.
For now, the DevOps team comprises 35+ highly qualified specialists who are divided into 7 separate sub-teams. The size of these teams ranges from 3 to 5 people each. Each team has its own TL and is engaged in its own direction (for example, one team focuses on the airSlate product, while another handles marketing tasks)

What you'll be working on:

  • Monitoring and initial diagnosis of problems in the infrastructure;
  • Engaged in creating new and improving existing monitoring rules;
  • Performing basic DevOps tasks;

What we expect from you:

  • You want to take a new knowledges and to learn Linux, AWS, Docker, Terraform, k8s, CI/CD, Prometheus + Grafana;
  • You worked with: Linux, AWS, Docker, CI/CD, monitoring and version control systems;
  • Experience in the same or similar position will be a plus;
  • Upper-intermediate English;
  • Fluent Ukrainian/Russian language.
