airSlate is seeking a dynamic Outbound Demand Generation Specialist to contribute to the next chapter of our company's growth.
This position will be responsible for building outbound campaigns for multiple products, including ones that are recently launched and others that have recently been added to our portfolio through acquisition. This position plays a critical role in supporting the Marketing Team's comprehensive 360º communication and robust automation engine. Our combined monthly traffic across all brands exceeds 31 million.
As a marketing team member, you'll play a crucial role in the upcoming phase of our brand's growth as we expand and introduce new products to the market.

Salary range: $88,000/yr - $115,000/yr

What you'll be working on:

  • Execute and manage outbound marketing campaigns, including webinars, events, and email campaigns, to drive a pipeline that supports the company’s ambitious marketing and sales goals
  • Execute campaigns by identifying and segmenting audiences based on ICPs, testing campaign elements, project managing creatives, launching lead nurture, and tracking efforts
  • Analyze the most efficient and effective campaign practices and implement them across other products when applicable
  • Analyze and report on the performance of all campaigns and offer recommendations for revising the campaign strategy
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, product marketing, brand marketing, and other cross-functional teams to inform and execute these campaigns
  • Apply quantitative and qualitative research to understand our partners better, improve campaign performance, and identify new opportunities

What we expect from you:

  • 5+ years of experience working in marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth with marketing campaigns, including email
  • Excellent written communication skills and a grasp of writing for a specific medium and audience
  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • Understanding of current email and event marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices
  • Experience with project management
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis, preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the demand generation field
  • Background in B2B marketing, ideally in tech
