This role is based in the Product Marketing team and will be responsible for our document automation product, WorkFlow. We’re investing heavily in simplifying the user experience for this product and this role will play a critical role in defining, testing and scaling a product. This is a very cross-functional, high impact role where you will be partnering closely with product, marketing and sales teams on all initiatives.
Salary range: $110,000/yr - $140,000/yr

What You'll Do:

  • Lead go-to-market initiatives for new product phases, by collaborating with Product Management, Marketing, Sales and Growth other teams to drive growth and customer success.
  • Conduct customer interviews, market and competitive research to inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
  • Synthesize key market trends to position the product and identify new needs in the market.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates the product in the market.
  • Build targeted personas - be the expert on buyers of the product, how they buy and their buying criteria.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years professional experience with at least 1-2 years in Product Marketing

  • Demonstrated success in collecting and using customer insight to drive product and go-to-market decisionsComfortable with data, analyzing and synthesizing data from different sourcesAbility to thrive in a fast paced environment and get things doneExcellent written and messaging skillsAbility to position products in crowded marketspace and tell a compelling stories via sales and marketing content
