Recently, the new amazing product Instapage became a part of the airSlate family. We are a passionate and ambitious team of 100+ people on a mission to help advertisers increase their conversion rates through the building, personalizing, and optimizing of landing pages at scale. With over two million landing pages at an average conversion rate above 22%, Instapage is helping 15,000 customers across 100 countries capture more value from their campaigns.
As a key member of the Instapage Product Team, you will help define and build the next generation of a market-leading product that is a critical part of the digital marketing stack for thousands of customers worldwide. You will develop a deep understanding of the category, market, competitors, and users to help build features and capabilities that maintain a competitive edge, delight users, increase engagement, and ultimately grow adoption and revenue.

Develop a long-term vision for market leadership based on market shifts, user feedback, competitive analysis, and company strategy;
Formulate short-term plans to increase product revenue, adoption, and market share.
Create, manage, and own the product roadmap for assigned parts of the product/features.
Collaborate closely with UX design, engineering, PMM, customer experience, and IT teams;
Align focus and coordinate efforts to ensure the timely delivery of products.
Develop a deep understanding of user behavior, needs, and pain points through primary and secondary user research;
Collaborate with the design team to create delightful, high-converting, and sticky user experiences.
Align product roadmaps with company strategy, linking them to key business metrics;
Validate strategies through experimentation and data analysis.
Define detailed and clear product requirement documents for new products, features, and bug fixes;
Ensure alignment with the development team to facilitate smooth implementation.
Use the RICE framework to prioritize the product backlog effectively;
Ensure that high-priority items are addressed promptly.
Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that product features are built to scale and meet performance requirements.
Define and track key product performance metrics to measure the success and impact of product features.
Adopt Agile methods by breaking tasks into achievable parts, creating MVPs for faster development, and testing features to ensure they meet established metrics for success.
What we expect from you:
- 3+ years in product management for a SaaS self-serve product;
- Experience in building and launching new products or features;
- Ability to analyze data, develop hypotheses, and validate through experiments;
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to successfully launch products;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data to inform product decisions;
- Experience developing products and features with high user adoption;
- Familiarity with product development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum;
- Knowledge of industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape;
- Understanding of technical concepts and the ability to work closely with the engineering team;
- English B2-C1 (professional working proficiency).
Nice to have:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, computer science, or engineering;
- Experience in MarTech space.
