About Marketing team:
The marketing team handles comprehensive 360º communication and comprises over 200 people. We manage all aspects in-house and operate a robust automation engine. Our combined monthly traffic across all brands exceeds 31 million. As a marketing team member, you'll play a crucial role in the upcoming phase of our brand's growth as we expand and introduce new products to the market.
And now, we are looking for a Project Coordinator who is prepared to contribute to the next chapter of our company's growth.
As Project Coordinator, you will involve coordinating project planning, supporting cross-functional teams, ensuring effective project implementation, managing resources, and engaging with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
What you'll be working on:
- 1. Project Planning Coordination:
- Collaborate with brand managers, product managers, marketing managers, social media managers, SEO specialists, PPC specialists to develop project plans and timelines.
- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks.
- Implement project planning best practices.
- 2. Team Coordination and Support:
- Foster effective communication among cross-functional teams.
- Support team members by providing necessary resources and information.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear agendas and action items.
- Serve as a central point of contact for project-related queries.
- 3. Project Implementation:
- Conduct regular stand-up meetings to review and monitor project status, identify roadblocks, and ensure alignment within the team.
- Prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and effectively structure project-related information.
- Validation of tasks, assigning tasks, and monitoring the quality and alignment of the delivered work.
- Identify and resolve project-related issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure adherence to project plans and quality standards.
- 4. Resource Management:
- Coordinate resource allocation for projects.
- Track resource utilization and availability.
- Assist in resource planning and optimization.
- Ensure efficient utilization of project resources.
- 5. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and expectations.
- Communicate project progress, updates, and risks to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders.
- Ensure stakeholder satisfaction and alignment with project goals.
What we expect from you:
- 2+years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
- Strong organizational, team management and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (Jira must have).
- Hands-on experience in leading creative cross-functional teams: following the project guidelines and deadlines, monitoring the quality of deliverables.
- Familiarity with IT product marketing is a plus, with marketing - must have.
- Being proactive and self-motivated with minimal supervision required.
- Fluency in English is required.
