We are a small but ambitious team of 20+ technologists on a mission to succeed with our Google-integrated PDF editor and Signature solution – DocHub.
DocHub streamlines document editing, signing, distribution and forms completion to get your documents done. Offering a deep integration with Google Workspace, DocHub allows users to import, export, modify, and sign documents directly from Google apps to ensure smooth business processes and interactive workflows.
And now, we are looking for a DevOps who is prepared to contribute to the next chapter of our company's growth.
As DevOps, you’ll work collaboratively with software engineering teams to deploy and operate our systems. Help automate and streamline our operations and processes. Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring and operations. And troubleshoot and resolve issues in our dev, test and production environments.

Our DevOps team is 30+ highly qualified world-class specialists who have deployed 5 (pdfFiller, signNow, airSlate, USLegal, DocHub) products in AWS and made infrastructure for them for a public audience of 50+ million people.
Stack: AWS, Docker, Terraform, Jenkins, K8S, Prometheus

What you'll be working on:

  • Extensive experience in provisioning/supporting infrastructure in AWS using the IaaC approach
  • Manage, automate and maintain customer environments, deployments and configurations
  • Contribute to infrastructure improvements: CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, cluster management, config management, etc.
  • Work closely with developers to understand their needs and offer the best practice approach for implementing solutions
  • Migrate existing ECS resources to k8s. Develop and maintain new Kubernetes clusters.
  • Troubleshoot and problem solve across platform domain
  • Keep up with industry best practices, trends and standards
  • Identify automation opportunities — designs and develop automation solutions that improve operations and possible failure rate

What we expect from you:

  • 4+ years of a strong background in Linux/Unix Administration
  • 3+ years experience in AWS administration in a production environment and Good knowledge of various AWS services
  • 2+ years of experience with Kubernetes deployment and maintenance
  • Fluent in CI/CD using Teamcity, Github actions etc
  • Experience in building, running and scaling microservices in Kubernetes, ECS platforms
  • Proficient in Terraform
  • Flexibility to join to "on call" duties.
