And now, we are looking for an Email Marketing Manager who is prepared to contribute to the next chapter of our company’s growth.
The Email marketing team is the driving force behind every email sent for subscription SaaS products like pdfFiller, airSlate, signNow, and more. This team manages everything from essential transactional emails to comprehensive promotional campaigns, as well as omnichannel communication, including web push and mobile push notifications.
The focus extends beyond simply sending emails; the team is committed to achieving meaningful goals. While monitoring standard email metrics is part of the process, the primary emphasis is on broader objectives such as reactivating inactive users, maintaining satisfaction among current users, and fostering engagement. By employing a data-driven approach, the team aims to deliver highly relevant, personalized email campaigns designed to enhance user engagement and retention.
Operating as an independent unit within the marketing team, this group also serves as the go-to resource for other departments seeking email expertise.

What you'll be working on:

  • Configure and execute email campaigns using our in-house email service provider, including segment creation and A/B test setups.
  • Design and manage advanced audience segments to support diverse marketing initiatives.
  • Build and implement multi-step automated email workflows tailored to user behavior.
  • Create and maintain dashboards to track and analyze campaign performance metrics.
  • Oversee and optimize the features of our internal email system, identifying and implementing improvements to enhance usability and effectiveness.
  • Generate innovative strategies and data-driven ideas to deliver relevant, personalized email content that drives engagement.

What we expect from you:

  • Experience working with SQL, including writing queries, aggregating data, and performing data transformations.
  • Hands-on experience with email automation, including setting up and managing multichannel campaigns (email, web push, mobile push).
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email customization.
  • Proficiency in creating charts and dashboards using tools like Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of A/B testing principles and the ability to analyze results and determine winners.
  • Experience with setting up and optimizing email campaigns, including segmentation and automation workflows.
  • Background in managing omnichannel campaigns, integrating email with other communication channels such as web push and mobile push.
  • English proficiency at a B2 level or higher, essential for team collaboration, task documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to continuously learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Experience with Jira for project and task management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with email marketing concepts and best practices is an advantage.
