About this role

The Solution Success Manager - Neurovascular - uses deep healthcare domain expertise to serve as a product authority and strategic advisor for potential and existing customers. This role bridges the gap between innovative AI healthcare solutions and the unique needs of healthcare teams, ensuring our products seamlessly integrate into clinical workflows and deliver measurable value. As a trusted advisor, you will guide prospective and current clients through the Pre-sales and Onboarding stages of their journey—from tailored product demonstrations to clinical onboarding and workflow optimization. By deeply understanding the challenges faced by diverse healthcare stakeholders, you’ll help articulate the impact of our solutions and drive successful adoption. This role requires a combination of clinical expertise, technical acumen, and exceptional communication skills to influence decision-making and foster strong relationships across healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations of our AI healthcare solutions to diverse audiences, including clinicians, researchers, and healthcare administrators
  • Master and articulate the nuances of specific Care pathways, including clinical workflows, patient journeys, and treatment protocols, tying them to our solutions
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of key healthcare personas (e.g., providers, specialists, nurses, care coordinators, patients) and their unique challenges
  • Map complex clinical requirements into demonstrable workflows in our product suite
  • Collaborate with Regional Account Directors (RAD) on the best way to create and deliver tailored sales presentations that resonate with different healthcare stakeholders
  • Preliminary solutioning of the Aidoc products during pre-sales motions, demonstrating how they may augment or enhance customer clinical team workflows
  • Clinical Onboarding and Change Management - oversee the clinical onboarding process, including assessing current workflows, identifying key objectives, optimizing workflows for users, and supporting initiatives that ensure successful adoption post-sale
  • Provide expert-level product training to internal teams and clients
  • Partner with the Customer Success Manager to ensure solutions deployed meet the expected deliverables as scoped in the pre-sales engagement
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from healthcare professionals during the pre-sales and onboarding phases to inform product development
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in relevant medical domains during client engagements
  • Guide implementation processes that align with clinical workflows and regulatory requirements
  • Serve as a liaison between product development and commercial teams during the late beta and early scaling phases of new solutions, ensuring that clinical needs and workflow optimization details are fully incorporated into the solution launch process.
  • Attend various vendor conferences and Aidoc events as needed

Requirements

Clinical Expertise

  • Current clinical licensure (i.e., RN, NP, PA, etc.)
  • Deep knowledge of neurovascular care pathways, patient journeys, clinical workflows, and healthcare protocols, developed through leading acute care units or managing neurovascular disease-specific clinical programs, including responsibility for reporting on patient treatment times and outcomes.
  • Extensive clinical experience in acute care, with specialized experience in neurovascular, cardiovascular, or emergency medicine.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals, understanding their distinct challenges and objectives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Technical Acumen

  • Good understanding of AI technology and its applications in healthcare.
  • Ability to map complex clinical requirements into product workflows and provide insightful recommendations.

Presentation and Communication Skills

  • Exceptional ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored presentations.
  • Clear and empathetic communication to connect with diverse audiences, from clinicians to administrators.

Problem-Solving and Solution Design

  • Proficient in translating customer needs into actionable solutions.
  • Capable of guiding both pre-sales solutioning and post-sales implementation to meet specific goals.

Training and Enablement

  • Skilled at designing and delivering engaging product training for internal teams and external clients.
  • Adaptability to cater training to various skill levels and stakeholder needs.

Relationship Building

  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster trust and credibility with clients.
  • Ability to manage change effectively, ensuring buy-in across teams during onboarding and adoption phases.

Project Management

  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
  • Ensures alignment between pre-sales promises and post-sales deliverables.

Feedback Integration

  • Adept at gathering and synthesizing client feedback to inform product development and enhance customer success.
