About this role
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our engineering organization and play a key role in building and evolving complex products and platforms at scale.
In this role, you will work across frontend, backend, and data layers, taking end-to-end ownership of meaningful features and systems.
From design and implementation through deployment and production support. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering partners to deliver high-quality solutions that support business goals, internal efficiency, and scalable growth.
Responsibilities
End-to-End Full-Stack Development
- Design, develop, and maintain complex features and systems across frontend, backend services, and databases
- Own features throughout their full lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing production support
Hands-On Engineering
- Write high-quality, production-grade code with a strong focus on reliability, performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Contribute across the stack while making thoughtful trade-offs between speed, quality, and long-term sustainability
Product & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Actively participate in planning, estimation, and iterative delivery
Architecture & Technical Design
- Contribute to system design and architectural decisions with a long-term, platform-oriented mindset
- Help evolve existing systems and design new components that support growth, reuse, and operational excellence
Engineering Excellence
- Promote and uphold best practices in software engineering, including clean code, testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and observability
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to maintain high standards across the codebase
Technical Leadership & Knowledge Sharing
- Serve as a technical role model through collaboration, mentorship, and constructive feedback.
- Share knowledge and help raise the overall engineering bar across teams
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience building complex software systems
- Proven hands-on experience delivering large-scale production systems end-to-end, including design, development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals - object-oriented design, data structures, performance, and complexity.
- Experience working across both frontend and backend domains
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability for the systems and features you build
- Excellent communication skills and professional proficiency in English
- Curiosity, self-learning ability, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Nice to Have
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL or similar)
- Familiarity with production monitoring, logging, and observability tools
- Experience with containers and infrastructure tooling (e.g., Docker, Terraform, or similar)
