About this role
Aidoc is hiring an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our U.S. People team and play a strategic role in supporting our growth. As a clinical AI leader transforming healthcare delivery, Aidoc is scaling rapidly—this role ensures our people, managers, and organizational infrastructure scale with us.
The HRBP will partner closely with U.S. leadership and global People teams to drive organizational effectiveness, strengthen manager capability, and build an outstanding employee experience. This is a high-visibility role for someone who can shift fluidly between strategic planning and day-to-day execution.
Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership & Organizational Leadership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to U.S. managers and leaders, aligning people strategies to business goals.
- Provide thought leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, team effectiveness, and change management.
- Support Aidoc’s scale-up journey by leading people initiatives that improve performance, engagement, and organizational health.
Manager & Employee Support
- Coach managers on team leadership, performance, career development, and employee relations.
- Own the full employee lifecycle for designated client groups, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience.
- Partner with employees at all levels to ensure a culture grounded in Aidoc’s values and collaborative DNA.
People Programs & Process Building
- Design, refine, and implement HR programs, policies, and processes for the U.S. organization (performance cycles, onboarding, total rewards, engagement, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (TA, Finance, Legal, Operations) to ensure alignment and scalability..
- Help manage benefits, payroll, compliance and employment law specific to a US workforce.
- Use data and insights to identify trends and proactively drive solutions.
Culture, Engagement & Inclusion
- Champion a positive, inclusive, feedback-driven culture across U.S. sites.
- Lead initiatives that strengthen engagement, recognition, and employee connection.
- Promote a co-creation approach—building people solutions with our teams, not just for them.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as an HR/People Business Partner supporting leaders in a global, fast-paced tech or healthcare environment.
- Experience supporting a U.S. employee population; familiarity with U.S. employment practices and regulations.
- Proven ability to build from the ground up—programs, processes, and structures—while balancing strategic vision and tactical execution.
- Strong knowledge across multiple HR disciplines: org development, talent management, performance, ER, compensation, DEI, and change management.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels and influence in a matrixed, global environment.
- Highly data-driven approach with strong analytical skills.
- Empathy, discretion, humility, and a people-first mindset aligned with Aidoc’s mission and values.
