About this role
We are looking for a People Operations and Analyst to join us for a one-year maternity cover role. The People Operations and Analyst role is a global People team position, reporting to the Senior Director of People for IL & EU. This dual-focused role encompasses operations within the IL & EU sites and global data analytics, at times supporting the US sites well.
This role involves collaborating with the People team, business leaders, and employees to implement People frameworks, policies, and processes that support the entire employment lifecycle, aligning with company goals and objectives. You will also partner closely with G&A functions (Finance, IT, Legal) to leverage existing and drive new mutual objectives, specifically focusing on HRIS and data analytics.
Responsibilities
- Act as one of two HRIS Admins, maintaining and integrating employment data related to employee lifecycle activities (e.g., comp., payroll, internal mobility, employment status) ensuring accuracy, data integrity and data integration while driving automation and self service.
- Design, configure, and implement new fields, workflows, and processes within the HRIS.
- Collaborate with IT to design, implement, and maintain system automations and integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between HRIS and other systems.
- Provide training, documentation, and troubleshooting support for the HR team and employees.
- Generate recurring and ad-hoc reports for management, auditing, and business planning purposes.
- Owning & leading external compliance audits and ensuring global regulatory alignment across the board.
- Gather, process, and analyze a variety of People data to drive organizational health metrics, insights, data based decisions and relevant actions.
- Assist in compensation management including analysis, integration, and benchmark. information to build & execute a competitive compensation framework.
- Manage onboarding & offboarding activities in partnership with Talent Acquisition & People Partners, providing operational support.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in People Operations with specific experience in managing employment lifecycle, payroll and HRIS systems.
- Data-driven demonstrating strong analytical skills. Ability to analyze and extract insights to support decision-making & further action.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with little follow up.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge of People Ops. best practices, curious to constantly learn more.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a service oriented approach.
- Ability to develop strong and healthy relationships with various stakeholders within the organization.
