About this role
The Marketing Communication Manager will develop and execute strategic communication initiatives to support specific product lines within Aidoc. Acting as the content engine for product marketing, this role will create and manage all external-facing content, including sales materials, thought leadership pieces, and digital content. This position requires a creative, results-driven professional with a strong background in marketing communications, content creation, and campaign management. The ideal candidate will collaborate with product marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all channels, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. This role is critical in enhancing product visibility, driving engagement, and supporting the overall marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to support product marketing goals.
- Collaborate with product marketing managers to understand product features, benefits, and target audience.
- Create and maintain a content calendar that aligns with product launches, promotions, and key marketing initiatives.
- Write, edit, and manage a variety of marketing materials, including product brochures, case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and email campaigns.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search engines and user experience.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and external agencies to produce high-quality visual content.
- Work with the growth marketing team to develop and optimize product-specific landing pages, paid ads, and SEO strategies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.
Requirements
- Proven working experience in marketing communications with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to drive projects independently.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to take ownership and lead initiatives from concept to completion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions autonomously.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Naturally curious - excels at taking complex topics and creating engaging content, regardless of format or channel.
- Strong writing and editing with ability to match brand and/or subject matter expert voice
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in marketing communication, content marketing or corporate communications.
- BA/MA/MS degree in Communications or a related field.
- Health care experience preferred – especially in cardiology or neurology.
