About this role
The Manager of GTM Systems & Tools is responsible for overseeing process design and optimization, documentation development and Salesforce management. This role ensures CRM initiatives align with business goals, streamlining operations, enhancing customer experience, and driving revenue growth. The Manager plays a key role in fostering operational efficiency, accelerating insights and analytics, and supporting teams in delivering exceptional customer value.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and develop processes, documentation, and systems to enhance Aidoc’s Go-To-Market strategy, ensuring effective execution and alignment with growth targets.
- Lead the design and implementation of GTM processes, tools, and systems, driving efficiency and ensuring smooth operations as the business scales.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of key RevOps systems including Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud and compensation management.
- Collaborate with key departments (e.g., Finance, HR, Accounting, IT) to manage key business processes including quote to cash efficiency and incentive compensation.
- Monitor and ensure data quality and accuracy across all GTM systems by implementing and enforcing data governance standards, driving consistency and reliability in reporting and decision-making processes.
Requirements
- University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelor's degree) plus generally 5 - 7 years in sales or revenue operations.
- Proven experience using GTM systems and processes to enhance team performance and productivity, and recommending opportunities to improve GTM functions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and proven ability to interface cross-functionally as well as to executive management.
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize business requirements in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Advanced experience with SFDC.
- Gainsight experience is a plus.
