  • Developing user-friendly and workflow-specific user manuals tailored to diverse clinical workflows, ensuring users—ranging from radiologists to neurosurgeons and IT administrators—can maximize the benefits of our software.
  • Creating diagrams, charts, quick reference guides (QRGs), and other aids to enhance understanding while collaborating with graphic designers to integrate visuals into the documentation.
  • Ensuring all documentation meets industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Utilizing advanced methodologies to integrate documentation with version control systems, ensuring consistency and ease of updates.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, proven experience working in cross-functional environments—listening, asking insightful questions, and conveying information clearly to various stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker, adept at presenting complex information through innovative visuals, diagrams, and engaging content to enhance user understanding.
  • Self-driven and proactive, able to take initiative in leading process improvements, adopting new methodologies, and ensuring documentation remains cutting-edge and aligned with industry standards.
