The Role
We’re looking for our first Product Manager to drive the roadmap for new and existing products. You’ll interface with customers to understand their pain points and work with engineering, design and business teams to turn that feedback into new and delightful products and features. As the first Product Manager, you’ll also operationalize and set up best practices for the product development lifecycle. You’ll play a core role in Agora’s success and champion what great financial products can look like.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct extensive research into our customers’ workflows and identify what products and solutions to build
- Audit existing features and determine how to make them even better
- Define success metrics for our products to ensure that what we ship actually addresses our customers’ needs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (leadership, engineering, design and business teams), and customers (C-Suite at startups and finance / operations teams at large enterprises) to drive our product strategy and roadmap
- Operationalize the product lifecycle and set the bar for what good product development looks like
Who You Are
- 4+ years of experience in product management, ideally within a B2B enterprise SaaS setting
- 1+ years of experience working in crypto and/or fintech
- Obsessed with customer experience - you build what’s best for the customer whatever it takes
- An excellent communicator and collaborator with a knack for driving consensus
- Extremely detail-oriented and able to excel in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
