You’ll be joining a tight-knit team that values clear thinking, extreme ownership, and high-velocity decision making. We operate in short feedback loops, support one another without ego, and are deeply motivated by the opportunity to build foundational infrastructure for the future of money.

JOB SUMMARY

Agora is hiring its first Growth Strategist, a hands-on marketer who can launch campaigns, shape early brand and community presence, and tap into the crypto ecosystem to drive awareness and usage.

You’ll be the engine behind our marketing growth efforts: launching GTM campaigns, supporting product rollouts, and building the foundation for future marketing leadership. This is an IC role with the opportunity to grow into a leadership path as we scale.

We’re looking for someone with strong crypto context, excellent instincts, and a get-things-done mindset.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in marketing at a crypto company or crypto-native product.
• Strong understanding of Web3 products (wallets, DEXs, NFTs, DAOs, L2s) and user behaviors
• Proven ability to independently execute campaigns and growth experiments
• Strong written communication and content instincts (e.g. X/Twitter, newsletters, site copy)
• Deep curiosity and understanding of stablecoin, DeFi, and trading users, culture, and ecosystem dynamics
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and biasing toward action
• Proficiency with growth tools: crypto analytics (e.g. Dune, Nansen) and traditional stacks (e.g. GA4, Segment, HubSpot

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Direct experience launching a crypto product or campaign
• A track record of engaging builders, founders, or power users in the ecosystem
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
• Exposure to token-based or community-led growth strategies
• Networked within DeFi, L2s, or stablecoin ecosystems
