About the Role

You will work directly with customers in critical operational environments, building software around their real data and field workflows. You will learn what operators need, prototype solutions across the full stack, and turn early versions into reliable features that support their daily work.

This role rewards speed and sound judgment. You will build on existing internal components, keep the application stable as it expands across customer deployments, and turn successful approaches into reusable patterns for future use cases.

What You'll Work On

• Build full-stack software with customers and put useful tools in operators' hands quickly.
• Work alongside customers to understand how decisions are made and translate those workflows into software.
• Prototype against real customer data, then harden those prototypes for production use.
• Build on existing internal components instead of recreating established functionality.
• Develop systems that can handle inconsistent field data and demanding operational environments.
• Keep the application consistent across customer deployments.
• Turn recurring implementation work into reusable product patterns.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience shipping production full-stack applications.
• Strong experience with TypeScript and React.
• Experience with a modern backend language or framework using Node.js, Python, or Go.
• Comfortable working directly with customers during deployments.
• Able to ship quickly, learn from real use, and iterate on working prototypes.
• Strong computer science fundamentals from an academic program or equivalent demonstrated experience.

• Experience building AI-native products.
